The LSR308 is a 8" powered studio monitor offering professional performance at an affordable price. 3 Series Powered Studio Monitors have incorporated JBL's exciting new technology, the Image Control Waveguide, which lets you hear detail and depth in your recordings as you've never heard before.
The LSR308's 8" long-throw woofer and its 1" damped woven composite Neodymium tweeter have been engineered to reproduce the powerful transients and micro dynamics of your mix. These drivers deliver excellent deep bass and smooth high frequency response beyond the range of human hearing. JBL's Patented Slip Stream low frequency port design works in harmony with the woofer to produce deep bass response at all playback levels. The double-flared shape of the port is built perfectly for greater low-frequency extension and reduced turbulence.
